PROVISION OF CERTAIN HEALTH SERVICES
Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1139 (H.B. 2619), Sec. 1.01, eff
The district may provide:
(1) emergency medical services;
(2) home health care services;
(3) long-term health care services;
(4) assisted living services; or
(5) any other appropriate health care services the board determines are necessary to meet the district's needs.
