QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE

Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff

(a) A person may not be appointed as a director unless the person is a district resident.

(b) A person may not be appointed as a director if the person is:

(1) a district employee; or

(2) an employee of Haskell County.
