ATTORNEY; ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATORS

(a) The board may appoint qualified persons as:
(1) the attorney for the district; and
(2) assistant administrators.
(b) The attorney for the district and the assistant administrators serve at the will of the board and are entitled to the compensation determined by the board.
