In this subchapter, "hospital official" means the following officers or employees, or their equivalent, of the teaching hospital described by Section 1053.152(a):
(1) the executive director;
(2) the president;
(3) the chief executive officer;
(4) the chief operating officer;
(5) the chief financial officer;
(6) any vice president; and
(7) any other officer.
