DEFINITIONS

In this chapter:
(1) "Authority" means the South Texas Water Authority.
(2) "Board" means the board of directors of the authority.
(3) "Cities" means the cities of Agua Dulce, Bishop, Driscoll, and Kingsville.
(4) "Director" means a member of the board.
