CONVEYANCE OF LAND TO AUTHORITY

A public agency or political subdivision of this state, including the cities, may lease, sell, or otherwise convey its land or an interest in its land to the authority for the consideration that the parties agree is adequate. Approval, notice, consent, or an election is not required in connection with the conveyance.
