COMPOSITION OF BOARD; TERMS

(a) The district is governed by a board of seven elected directors, each of whom occupies a numbered place on the board.
(b) Directors serve staggered terms.
(c) Director elections must be held in the manner provided in the Water Code for municipal utility districts.
