(a) The board may meet as many times each year as the board considers appropriate.
(b) A concurrence of a majority of the directors present and voting is sufficient for transacting any business of the alliance unless other applicable law, or the alliance by rule, requires a concurrence of a greater number of directors for a specific type of decision.
(c) Directors of the alliance are public officials and are entitled to governmental immunity for their actions in their capacity as directors and officers of the alliance.
