ELECTION TO INCREASE MAXIMUM TAX RATE

The board may call an election to increase the district's maximum tax rate to a rate not to exceed 75 cents on each $100 valuation of all taxable property in the district if the board determines that an increase is necessary to carry out the purposes for which the initial tax rate was authorized.
