COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS WITH OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS

The district may enter into a cooperative agreement with a local government or other political subdivision to:

(1) jointly conduct solid waste management activities; and

(2) charge reasonable fees for solid waste management activities.
