AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT

Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff

The district may:

(1) promote all agricultural enterprises, facilities, and services of the district; and

(2) encourage the maintenance and conservation of soil in the district.
