The authority may acquire, purchase, construct, own, operate, maintain, repair, improve, or extend, lease, or sell on terms, including rentals or sale prices, on which the parties agree, any work, improvement, facility, plant, building, structure, equipment, or appliance and any property or any interest in related property that is incident to or necessary to carry out or perform an authority power.
