WATER, SEWER, AND NATURAL GAS PROJECTS; EMINENT DOMAIN

(a) The authority may undertake a project under Section 3503.003(a)(3) to develop water, sewer, and natural gas projects to benefit the authority.

(b) The authority may exercise the power of eminent domain for a project under this section.
