(a) Unless otherwise provided, each commissioner is entitled to receive a fee of not more than $50 a day for each day of service necessary to discharge the duties of a commissioner.
(b) Each commissioner is entitled to reimbursement for actual expenses incurred on behalf of the authority and approved by the commission.
