DISPOSAL OF DISTRICT PROPERTY

(a) The district may sell, trade, or otherwise dispose of property or a property right that is no longer needed for a district purpose.
(b) District land that adjoins privately owned land shall revert to the adjoining landowner when no longer needed for a district purpose.
