In this chapter:
(1) "Authority" means the Lake Proctor Irrigation Authority of Comanche County, Texas.
(2) "Board" means the board of directors of the authority.
(3) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
(4) "Director" means a member of the board.
