APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS BY COMMISSION; TERM

Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.05, eff

The commission shall:

(1) appoint a person recommended to the board under Section 7502.054 or 7502.055 for a four-year term; or

(2) reject the person recommended.
