DIRECTOR'S BOND

Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 112 (S.B. 1026), Sec. 1.02, eff

(a) Each director shall qualify by giving bond in the amount of $5,000 for the faithful performance of the director's duties.

(b) The bond must be recorded in the official bond records in the office of the county clerk of Dallas County.
