DIRECTOR'S BOND

Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 869 (H.B. 2803), Sec. 1.03, eff

(a) A director shall execute a bond in the amount of $5,000 for the faithful performance of the director's duties.

(b) The bond must be filed in the office of the county clerk of Dallas County.
