DIRECTOR'S BOND

Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 557 (H.B. 4726), Sec. 1, eff

(a) A director shall execute a bond in the amount of $10,000 for the faithful performance of the director's duties.

(b) The bond must be filed in the office of the county clerk of Cameron County.
