NATURE OF DISTRICT

Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 914 (H.B. 3530), Sec. 1.01, eff

The district is:

(1) a levee improvement district created under and essential to accomplish the purposes of Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution; and

(2) a political subdivision of this state.
