RECORDS RELATING TO MONEY

Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff

The secretary-treasurer shall:

(1) receive and give a receipt for all money received by the authority; and

(2) keep records of all money received and spent by the authority.
