SIGNATURES

(a) An obligation issued under this chapter must be signed by the president and secretary-treasurer of the board. An interest coupon attached to an obligation may be executed with the facsimile signature of the president and secretary-treasurer.

(b) If an officer whose signature is on an obligation or coupon ceases to be an officer before the delivery of the obligation to the purchaser, the signature remains valid for all purposes.
