PERMITS AND LICENSES
Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 468 (H.B. 4172), Sec. 1.03, eff
(a) The authority must apply for any permit, license, or other grant of authority required from the commission.
(b) The authority may apply for any permit, license, or financial assistance it may need from any federal, state, or local governmental agency.
