ENFORCEMENT OF RULES; PENALTY
Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 468 (H.B. 4172), Sec. 1.03, eff
(a) The district by rule may prescribe reasonable penalties for the violation of a district rule.
(b) A penalty may consist of a fine not to exceed $200.
(c) A penalty prescribed under this section is in addition to any other penalty provided by the laws of this state.
