REMOVAL

Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 203 (H.B. 1615), Sec. 1.02, eff

The governor may remove a director for inefficiency, neglect of duty, or misconduct in office, after:

(1) at least 10 days' written notice of the charge against the director; and

(2) an opportunity for the director to be heard in person or by counsel at a public hearing.
