FORESTATION AND REFORESTATION; PREVENTION OF SOIL EROSION AND FLOODS

In the watershed of the Guadalupe and Blanco Rivers and their tributaries, the authority may:

(1) forest, reforest, or aid in foresting or reforesting; and

(2) prevent or aid in the prevention of soil erosion and floods.
