QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE

Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff

A director of the district must be:

(1) at least 21 years of age;

(2) a resident of the state; and

(3) the owner of taxable property in the district.
