Tex. Spec. Dist. Local Laws Code § 9011.108

Unless the board by resolution increases the fee to an amount authorized by Section 49.060, Water Code, each director is entitled to receive a fee of not more than $25 a day for each day the director spends performing duties as a director. The fees for each director for any one month may not exceed $100.
