WATER CONTROL AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT POWERS
Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.12, eff
The district has all powers conferred by the general laws of this state relating to water control and improvement districts, including Chapters 49 and 51, Water Code, except powers that:
(1) conflict with this chapter; or
(2) relate to the annexation and exclusion of territory.
