QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE
Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162), Sec. 1.06, eff
(a) Each director of the authority must:
(1) be a landowner within the authority; and
(2) reside in Bell, Milam, or Williamson County.
(b) A director who fails to meet the requirements of Subsection (a) during the director's tenure in office shall vacate that office.
