ANNEXATION OF DISTRICT TERRITORY BY MUNICIPALITY

Territory contained in the district may not be annexed, either wholly or partly, by a municipality unless the annexation is approved by a majority of the voters voting in a single election held jointly in the municipality and the district for that purpose.
