QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE
Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 855 (S.B. 1162), Sec. 1.06, eff
(a) Each director of the district must:
(1) be a landowner within the district; and
(2) reside in Runnels or Tom Green County.
(b) A director must maintain compliance with the requirements of Subsection (a) during the director's tenure in office or vacate that office.
