Tex. Transp. Code § 1001.001

DEFINITIONS

Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 933 (H.B. 3097), Sec. 1.01, eff

In this subtitle:

(1) "Board" means the board of the department.

(2) "Department" means the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.

(3) "Executive director" means the executive director of the department.
