(a) The part of Interstate Highway 30 in the corporate limits of the city of Greenville is designated as the Martin Luther King, Jr., Freeway.
(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall design and construct memorial markers indicating the freeway number, the designation as the Martin Luther King, Jr., Freeway, and any other appropriate information. The department shall erect a marker at each end of the freeway and at appropriate intermediate sites along the freeway.
