(a) State Loop 256 in the city of Palestine is designated as the Bascom W. Bentley III Memorial Loop.
(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:
(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Bascom W. Bentley III Memorial Loop and any other appropriate information; and
(2) erect a marker at appropriate sites along the loop.
