APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER

Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff

(a) This subchapter applies only to a commercial sign that is erected on or after September 1, 1993.

(b) This subchapter does not limit any authority granted to the department under this chapter.
