GRANTING OR DENYING PETITION

Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff

As soon as practicable after conclusion of the hearing, the commission shall adopt an order:

(1) granting the creation of the district and approving the plan; or

(2) denying the petition and disapproving the plan.
