ADVISORY COMMITTEES IN CERTAIN AUTHORITIES

(a) A subregional board created under Subchapter O that governs an authority consisting of one subregion may appoint one or more committees for any purpose for which a vote of the board is not required.

(b) A committee may consist of members of the subregional board and members of the general public, but the number of public members on a committee may not exceed the number of members of the subregional board on the committee.
