Tex. Transp. Code § 521.422

PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION CERTIFICATE FEE

Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff

(a) The fee for a personal identification certificate is:

(1) $15 for a person under 60 years of age;

(2) $5 for a person 60 years of age or older; and

(3) $20 for a person subject to the registration requirements under Chapter 62, Code of Criminal Procedure.

(b) Repealed by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 614 (H.B. 3798), Sec. 8(4), eff. September 1, 2023.
