LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF DRIVER'S LICENSES; OFFENSE

Known as the Texas Commercial Driver's License Act

(a) A person commits an offense if the person drives a commercial motor vehicle and has more than one driver's license.

(b) It is an affirmative defense to prosecution of an offense under this section that the offense occurred during the 10-day period beginning on the date the person was issued a driver's license.

(c) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
