NOTIFICATION TO OTHER JURISDICTION

Known as the Texas Commercial Driver's License Act

After disqualifying a person who has a domicile in another state or in a foreign jurisdiction, the department shall give notice of that fact to the licensing authority of the state that issued the person's driver's license, commercial driver's license, or commercial learner's permit.
