(a) The department may issue an inspection station certificate to a decentralized facility authorized and licensed by the department under Section 548.304 if the facility meets the certification requirements of that section and the department.
(b) Repealed by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 851 (H.B. 3297), Sec. 26(5), eff. January 1, 2025.
