INSPECTION OF COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE

(a) The fee for inspection of a commercial motor vehicle under the program established under Section 548.201 is $50.

(b) Out of each fee for inspection of a commercial motor vehicle, $10 shall be remitted to the state under Section 548.509.
