Tex. Util. Code § 104.007

DISCRIMINATION AND RESTRICTION ON COMPETITION

Known as the Gas Utility Regulatory Act

The act spans §§ 101–105 (133 sections).

A gas utility may not:

(1) discriminate against a person who sells or leases equipment or performs services in competition with the gas utility; or

(2) engage in a practice that tends to restrict or impair that competition.
