RULE OR STANDARD

Known as the Gas Utility Regulatory Act

The act spans §§ 101–105 (133 sections).

(a) A gas utility may file with the regulatory authority a standard, classification, regulation, or practice the utility follows.

(b) The standard, classification, regulation, or practice continues in force until:

(1) amended by the utility; or

(2) changed by the regulatory authority as provided by this subtitle.
