A person entitled to notice of a meeting may waive notice in writing either before or after the meeting. If a person entitled to notice of a meeting attends the meeting, the person's attendance constitutes a waiver of notice of the meeting, unless the person participates in the meeting solely to object to the transaction of business because the meeting is not legally called or convened.
