REPORT OF CERTAIN EXPENSES

Known as the Public Utility Regulatory Act

A regulatory authority may require an electric utility to annually report the utility's expenditures for:

(1) business gifts and entertainment; and

(2) advertising or public relations, including expenditures for institutional and consumption-inducing purposes.
