TEMPORARY RATES
Known as the Public Utility Regulatory Act

(a) The regulatory authority may establish temporary rates to be in effect during the applicable suspension period under Section 36.108.
(b) If the regulatory authority does not establish temporary rates, the rates in effect when the suspended tariff was filed continue in effect during the suspension period.
