CERTAIN RATES PROHIBITED

Known as the Public Utility Regulatory Act

A rate established under this subchapter may not be:

(1) unreasonably preferential, prejudicial, or discriminatory;

(2) subsidized either directly or indirectly by a regulated monopoly service; or

(3) predatory or anticompetitive.
